Resources

This page is for links to articles, videos, and sites I find useful for the work of Soma or for understanding Soma, or for exploring movement or the body.  It also contains a book list. This page may eventually include personal reflections on the work or other relevant material. On occasion, it may include whimsy, inspiration, imagery, and fancy. Disclaimer: I have not read all the books listed, yet.  Books without hyperlinks indicate those that may be found through the used market and will require a bit of searching on your part to find a price you like.
